Supporters of Ukraine rallied together outside the state capitol this weekend, marking the third anniversary of Russia’s invasion. People remembered those who have been lost fighting the war. Other community members gave heartfelt speeches and showed togetherness as the war continues.

The group works to empower and uplift the greater La Crosse black community through leadership development and educational programs for youth. The biggest increase in crime the county saw in 2024 was camping on city property. Another increase officials saw was the use of cocaine. The largest decrease in crime that officials saw was Operating a Motor Vehicle While Intoxicated.
