There’s a warning about a sex offender to be released in Eau Claire. Police in the city say 58-year-old Mark Staffa is scheduled to be released from prison next Tuesday. He will be living at a home in the 100 block of Randall Street, and will be monitored. Staffa served time in prison for multiple counts of sexual assault.
