A voter in Madison, with the full support of Democrats in the state, has challenged Tim Michels’ campaign paperwork. State law requires candidates to include their mail address on their paperwork. He is expected to be charged as early as Monday with first degree intentional homicide in the shooting death of 15-year old Storm Vondrashek in May.
