The wheels on the bus….need people BEHIND the wheels!
A bus driver shortage is continuing in Eau Claire as the school year approaches. Student Transit takes more than 16-thousand riders to and from school each day, but is short on drivers and is having to keep up with training for new drivers. The company is starting to see an increase in applicants over the last few weeks, but still expects to have a shortage to follow them into the school year.
