The last group of state schools is set to receive safety grants from the first round of the program.
Attorney General Brad Schimel announced 60 schools and school districts that will be receiving the just over two-and-a-half million dollars remaining in the first set of DOJ Safety Grant program funds. Round two is now open for applications. Nearly 700 private and public schools and school districts are expected to apply.
