A man is in custody in connection with a shooting at a bar in La Crosse. Police say they heard a single gunshot in the 100 block of 3rd Street North early Sunday morning.
Police say Robert Powell the fourth got into a fight, fired a gun, and ran away. He was recently arrested after police reviewed public and private video footage of the incident.
