The owner of a popular restaurant in Lake Hallie is letting the business go for the low, low price of FREE!
Deb’s Cafe which has been operating since 2008 is looking for a new owner and it won’t cost them a dime.
“I never thought I would be helping sell a restaurant for FREE. When I talked to the owner about it, I asked her if she was sure she wanted to do this, and she was confident that it would provide someone a great opportunity to own their own business,” said Chris Herzog, Commercial Real Estate Agent and REALTOR®.
The restaurant is located at 1120 122nd Street off Highway 53 and Melby Street. While the restaurant will be sold for FREE including all furniture, fixtures and cooking equipment, there is one catch. Whomever takes over the restaurant will be required to sign a new five year lease for the 3818 square foot space at $15 per square foot.
