The pencils, the notebooks, the new backpacks…Back to School is in the air. And locally, some kiddos got into the spirit! Roosevelt Elementary School students in Eau Claire are benefiting from Project Backpack.
There was an event yesterday where kids could pick out a backpack and fill it with school supplies. Organizers say they had 200 backpacks total. The OF COURSE, you have to add some fun too, the event also included a DJ, face painting, and games.
