A Webster woman is facing charges for her seventh OWI offense.
Wisconsin State Police say 39-year-old Shana Corbine was driving south on State Highway 93 at Golf Road in Eau Claire without her headlights on around 3:30 yesterday morning. Officers tried to conduct a traffic stop, but Corbine kept driving and turned the wrong way onto Interstate 94 before finally stopping.
