A man is in custody after police say he caused a brief standoff in Tomah.
Police say Dalton Hintz sent text messages making death threats earlier this week, causing officers to respond to his house on Wednesday. Hintz asked police to leave and that lead to two people being arrested. One of them was identified as the victim.
