State regulators are putting out a warning to fishermen after a manure spill killed about a thousand trout in La Crosse County.
It happened June 8th in the town of Bangor. The Department of Natural Resources says Bostwick Creek was contaminated. DNR says it is still investigating the particulars. The state is warning fisherman along Bostwick Creek that the fish they catch may be contaminated as well.
