Research says Wisconsin leads the country in deaths from falls by people 65-years-old and older.
The Center for Disease Control says Wisconsin leads states with similar climates such as Minnesota and Michigan. It also says unintentional injuries are the seventh leading cause of death among older adults, with falls accounting for the largest number of those deaths.
