Parents in once west-central Wisconsin city could soon pay the price if their children bully other kids.
City leaders in Wisconsin Rapids are looking at a 50 dollar fine for parents who don’t stop their children from bullying. The push comes after the mother of a seventh grade student says other kids told her daughter to kill herself. The plan will come up for a vote next week. With court fee, that 50 dollar fine would actually cost parents over 300 dollars.
