The man who police say sold a western Wisconsin teen for sex isn’t going to jail on drug charges.
A judge yesterday sentenced Khvyen Vhasenglu to five years probation on a meth charge. Vhasenglu is still facing charges in Winnebago County that he offered a 17-year-old boy to an older man for sex. He’s due in court for that case next week.
