An Eau Claire man is in custody after being accused of child abuse.
A criminal complaint claims Eric Heisler gave a three-year-old bruises under his eyes and on his back, hands, elbows, and backside and a cut on his forehead. The child also reportedly told doctors Heisler hit him in the forehead. He’s facing up to six years in prison.
