Governor Tony Evers is not saying how, or if, he will build new roads in the state without a gas tax increase.
The governor yesterday didn’t respond to questions about Republican resistance to his proposed eight-cent-per-gallon tax hike. All Evers would say is that Republicans cannot magically improve roads without new money.
