The average price for a gallon of regular gas in Wisconsin is down a penny-a-gallon compared to a week ago.
Triple-A says the average price statewide is two-dollars-and-83-cents, a penny higher than the national average. Drivers in Racine are paying the highest price at the pump at two-96-a-gallon. The lowest average price can be found in the Janesville-Beloit area at two-70 for a gallon of regular gas.
