As students at UW La Crosse move out, new parking rules for the city are moving-in behind them.
La Crosse started charging a dollar-per-hour to park on the streets near campus this week. City leaders say it’s just a pilot program for now. They want to know if people will pay to park, or if they’ll find a way around the fee.
