There are still no answers about two missing people in the Chippewa River in Eau Claire.
More than two dozen volunteers and eight police dogs searched the river yesterday, looking for Panio Hessel and James Liedtka. Hessel jumped into the river two weeks ago and is still missing. Liedtka hasn’t been seen since walking along the riverfront last November.
