Bond has been set at ten-thousand dollars for a Chippewa Falls man accused of exposing himself to a child.
Investigators say that 29-year-old Zachary Flum exposed himself multiple times to a young female victim inside an Eau Claire home — asking her if he could touch her and asking her to touch him.
Flum’s next court appearance is scheduled for next week.
