A Whitehall man is facing charges in Jackson and Trempealeau counties.
Seth Day is accused in a March 7th shooting incident in the Village of Taylor in which police say he was riding a skateboard and firing shots that damaged two vehicles. Meanwhile, in Trempealeau County, he faces half-a-dozen counts of bail-jumping.
