Sentencing is being ordered for an Eau Claire man convicted on sex crimes charges involving a child victim.
Chippewa County prosecutors say that Spartacus Bruschuk began sexually assaulting the victim when she was between five- and seven-years-of-age and that the assaults continued until she was thirteen. Bruschuk pleaded guilty to charges including third-degree sexual assault and has been sentenced to five years in prison.
