Two new members and a new president are officially sworn in to the Eau Claire city council.
Terry Weld took over for Kerry Kincaid yesterday and will serve out the final year of Kincaid’s term. Incumbents Kate Beaton and Catherine Emmanuel were also sworn in along with returning councilmember David Klinkhammer. New members John Lor and Laura Benjamin were sworn in as well. Emmanuel was also elected as the new vice president.
