The man in charge of the outdoors in Wisconsin is focusing on deer and the health of the state’s water.
Department of Natural Resources Secretary Preston Cole yesterday told reporters that his two top priorities are clean water and chronic wasting disease. Cole also said he’s looking to change how DNR defines and works with climate change.
