Marshfield Announces Cold Weather Closures: Parks & Recreation Office,  Community Center, Zoo, and Library Closed January 23

Due to forecasted severe cold weather and dangerously low temperatures, the City of Marshfield has announced the closure of several City facilities for Friday, January 23, 2026. The following facilities will be closed to the public:

• Parks & Recreation Office
• Marshfield Community Center (Second Street)
• Wildwood Zoo – The Zoo will also be closed on Saturday, January 24, 2026
• Marshfield Public Library
• City Hall

These closures are being implemented as a precautionary measure to protect the safety and well-being of residents, visitors, staff, and animals during extreme weather conditions.
