Tomah Police responded Tuesday morning to an East McCoy Boulevard Kwik Trip with reports of someone experiencing a mental health crisis.
At the scene, officers found someone sitting inside a semi armed with a gun. The area was evacuated and police were able to talk the individual out of the truck at which point they were taken into custody.
