Vernon County was the scene of an accident involving a pickup truck and a horse-drawn cart on Saturday.
Police say the truck’s driver rear-ended the cart at around 5:15 a.m. on US Highway 14. Reports say the cart had been equipped with rear-facing amber lights and a ‘Slow Moving Vehicle’ sign. No injuries were reported.
