Some parking lots at American Family Field could see new life.
A new report commissioned by the Wisconsin Professional Baseball Park District came up with developmental potential of the ballpark, which found three scenarios focused on parking lots south of Interstate 94. One of those scenarios would see some of the lots turned into hotels, residential buildings, and retail space, costing roughly 800-million dollars. However, Brewers fans driving to the game would see a decrease in up to three-thousand parking spaces. The report noted any project decisions would be made by the baseball club.
