SirenCon officials say a nationwide siren growl will take place today to honor Oshkosh and Sheboygan firefighter Thomas Diener.
Diener lost his life a few weeks ago when his vehicle was hit by a semi-truck after they pulled over when their vehicle broke down. Sheboygan Warning Systems was owned by Diener — who was a siren hobbyist.
