Authorities are investigating after an Iowa man crashed his pickup truck into the Mississippi River on Friday.
Twenty-four-year-old Amanuel Bauer reportedly lost control of his vehicle on State Highway 25 and went into the water near the Beef Slough Boat Landing in Buffalo County. Bauer escaped through a broken window just before the truck submerged in the river.
