A Viroqua man — already facing arson charges — is now accused of criminal behavior behind bars.
Sixty-seven-year-old Ora Wallace is was arrested after police say he intentionally set fire to a County Road SS mobile home on Thanksgiving. He faces additional charges now with reports saying he spat in the face of a corrections officer on Tuesday. Wallace is being held on a 50-thousand-dollar cash bond
