The president of the Greater Milwaukee Club is confirming his interest in running for governor of Wisconsin.
Joel Brennan said last week he’s considering a run for the state’s top post and plans to announce his decision after Thanksgiving, which is Thursday. The 55-year-old served as the Department of Administration secretary for three years under Governor Tony Evers. He would be joining an already-crowded field on the Democratic side, which includes Milwaukee County Executive David Crowley and Madison Senator Kelda Roys.
