The La Crosse Area Family YMCA is receiving a financial boost in its efforts to support young people.
The Otto Bremer Trust Community Responsive Fund is awarding the organization 75-thousand dollars to support youth health and mental health initiatives. The YMCA says the money will be put to good use in assisting programs that will benefit more than eight-thousand youth members.
