The Marshfield Fire & Rescue Department was dispatched to 303 S. Palmetto Ave for the report of a garage on fire.
Upon arrival there was heavy smoke and flames showing from the west side of a detached garage. Fire department quickly extinguished the fire using multiple 1.75” hose lines
The fire caused heavy damage to the detached garage as well as two vehicles that were parked on the driveway. Radiant heat caused damage to an exposure’s vinyl siding. No injuries were reported.
