An Eau Claire man is facing charges after allegedly filming a woman showering on the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire campus.
The UW-EC Police Department posted on Facebook that 26-year-old Deshaun Barkus was arrested on Saturday after the victim reported him recording her. Video of the suspect was shared on social media, which led to Barkus’ arrest. He’s facing multiple charges including capturing image of nudity without consent, disorderly conduct, and resisting an officer.
