Another Democrat is entering the race for Wisconsin Governor.
State Senator Kelda Roys announced her campaign today. She has represented the Madison area as a State Senator since 2021, and previously served in the State Assembly between 2009 and 2013. Roys also ran for governor in 2018, but lost the primary to current incumbent Governor Tony Evers. She says, if elected, she’ll focus on job creation, affordable health care, and supporting public schools. The primary election will be August 11th, with the general election on November 3rd.
