EC Homicide Suspect Competent to Stand Trial

The man accused of stabbing and killing a man at the Do Dodge Inn in Eau Claire is deemed competent to stand trial.

Suspect Anthony Jackson is facing multiple charges, including first-degree intentional homicide for the murder of 31-year-old Alex Graff.  A judge ordered a competency exam for Jackson, which deemed him able to stand trial. His next court hearing is scheduled for September 9.
