Youth Sue State Over Fossil Fuel, Climate Issues

A group of kids is suing the state of Wisconsin over its fossil fuel policies. 

The 15 kids involved allege they’re experiencing serious health issues due to pollution and climate change.  The lawsuit seeks to challenge two Wisconsin laws affecting the Public Service Commission’s ability to work.  The group is being represented by nonprofit law firm Our Children’s Trust and Midwest Environmental Advocates.
