∙ The decedent is identified as Robert L. Manning-Harris (DOB 7/3/86).
o He was arrested on 8/2/25 by the Eau Claire Police Department on a warrant.
▪ Eau Claire County case 25CM345.
o The booking picture from 8/2/25 is attached.
∙ The Dunn County Sheriff’s Office is the outside agency conducting the investigation.
∙ An autopsy was completed at the Ramsey County Medical Examiner’s Officer by their staff. o The autopsy did not reveal any traumatic injuries. Results of toxicology testing are pending.
