The State of Wisconsin is giving nine meat processors 250-thousand-dollars to expand and modernize their businesses.
The Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection says the funding comes from the 2025-2027 Biennial Budget. Approved funding will go toward purchasing new equipment and building retail spaces.
