Governor Tony Evers has announced the pardons of 204 individuals.
That brings his total up to over 16-hundred. He says the individuals have worked hard to build a life outside of their past offenses. People can apply for pardons if their sentence ended at least five years ago and have no pending charges. Sex offenders are not eligible for a pardon.
