Wisconsin’s Lieutenant Governor is running for governor.
Sara Rodriguez launched her campaign early this morning. Current Democratic Governor Tony Evers announced yesterday that he will not run for a third term. Rodriguez was elected to the State Assembly in 2020, and was elected Lieutenant Governor alongside Evers when he ran for his second term in 2022.
