New Dairy Building Unveiled, Bring on the Cream Puffs!

The Wisconsin State Fair’s Dairy Building is set to unveil its freshly renovated space. 

Formerly the Cream Puff Pavilion, CEO Shari Black says it will open for this year’s fair.  Renovations began after last year’s fair, preserving the original framework.  A new state-of-the-art bakery has been relocated from the east side to the west side to improve flow and capacity, adding ovens, better lighting, and a skylight.  After the fair, it will host weddings and meetings.
