Additional Charges Filed In Deadly Hit and Run

Additional charges are being filed against a Menomonie teen already charged in connection with a deadly Dunn County hit and run. 

The body of 54-year-old Ann Seidl was found lying in a ditch along County Highway Y on March 29th of this year.  Authorities say that 17-year-old Addison Bowell was the driver of the vehicle that hit Seidl and failed to stop at the scene or contact emergency services. 

Bowell had already been charged with homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle and one count of hit and run resulting in death with new charges including homicide by vehicle use – control substance now added. CLICK HERE FOR MORE COVERAGE WITH WEAU 13 NEWS.
