The man accused of shooting and killing one Milwaukee officer and injuring another is being held of a 500-thousand-dollar bond.
The two officers, Kendall Corder and Christopher McCray, responded to reports of shots fired last Thursday to what Milwaukee Police are calling an ambush. Both officers were shot. Corder succumbed to his injuries on Sunday, and McCray has been released from the hospital. Suspect 22-year-old Tremaine Jones was in court yesterday, the same day a procession followed Corder’s body from the Medical Examiner’s Office to a funeral home.
