Charges are being filed against a Black River Falls man accused of fleeing a traffic stop in Jackson County.
The incident happened Monday night with authorities saying an officer tried to pull 37-year-old Dustin Torkelson over for speeding on State Highway 54 but that Torkelson took off during the stop. The suspect later lost control of his vehicle and crashed. He was then taken into custody.
