A federal court is letting Wisconsin walk away from two Obamacare challenges.
Governor Tony Evers and Attorney General Josh Kaul yesterday both said the decision is a ‘win’ for the people of the state. Republicans have been fighting the federal healthcare law for years, and refused to expand Medicaid in the state to join Obamacare. Evers hopes to be able to move on that expansion now that the state is free from the legal challenge to the underlying law.
