WI Lawmakers Pass “Bradyn’s Law” News | June 19, 2025 | 0 | by Morgan McCarthy Wisconsin lawmakers have voted to pass Bradyn’s Law. The law will make “sextortion” a felony and will compensate victims of the crime. It’s named after 15-year-old Bradyn Bohn who died by suicide after becoming a victim of sextortion. Lawmakers say the bill is a statement in support of children’s’ safety. The law now heads to the state Senate for review.
