Arson charges have been brought against an Onalaska man that authorities say set off fireworks in a neighbor’s bathroom.
According to reports, 60-year-old Jay Wiltse put the lit fireworks through the window of his neighbor. The victim reports that Wiltse believes his girlfriend is sleeping with the neighbor.
