Cellcom is reporting progress on restoring service for customers in Wisconsin.
Over the weekend the company said many subscribers are able to use their phones again and full service could be back for everyone at any time. They did warn that disruptions are still possible as part of the restoration process. Last week, Cellcom CEO Brighid Riordan confirmed that a cyber incident is behind the service outages.
